Slab's done!

The day after the pods, slab was poured. Going pretty well so far.

Did someone say "Pipes"?!

Last Thursday the cement for the piering was getting finished. Today (Monday), I rock up after work and Boo Yaa!!! We got pipes.

The past week or two have gone so quickly. As soon as we got the retaining wall erected, there's been significant movement on our lot almost everyday.

The House has an outline now.

We can imagine our house now. It's finally not just an empty lot.

I wonder what's over there!!!

Retaining wall has started today. Cement slab has been laid and is awaiting the stacks blocks to be laid tomorrow

Excavation complete!

The excavation is complete and we are jumping with joy

Since we need to install a retaining wall on the left hand side of our block, we went retaining wall block shopping on Saturday. We chose Wallstone Eco Block.
